A Nursing Economics article titled “Nurse Executive Turnover” compared two groups of nurse executives. One group had participated in a unique program for nurse executives called the Wharton Fellows Program, and the other group had not participated in the program. Of 341 Wharton Fellows, 87 had experienced one change in position; of 40 non-Wharton Fellows, 9 had experienced one change in position.
