A random sample of 400 college students was asked to rate two potential designs for the new Student Centre on campus. Of these, 27 rated the designs equally. Of the remainder, 207 gave a higher rating to the more modern design. At the 2.5% level of significance, is there evidence to suggest that students rate the two designs differently?
