I think that in teaching delivery of knowledge is as important as knowledge itself.
I've been a part of many organizations, clubs, departments and have experienced how newcomers struggle with things concepts. And these have given me good enough experience in delivering the knowledge in a way that student can connect it to his/her existing knowledge base.
