ATVs (all-terrain vehicles) have become a source of controversy. Some people feel that their use should be tightly regulated, while others prefer fewer restrictions. Suppose a survey consisting of a random sample of 200 people aged 18 to 27 and another survey of a random sample of 210 people aged 28 to 37 was conducted, and these people were asked whether they favored more restrictions on ATVs, fewer restrictions, or no change. The results of this survey are summarized in the following table.
