Barbara Carson is a high- ranking officer in the Marines. She has recently been placed in charge of computer-assisted design and manufacturing for a highly classified project relating to a new high- technology aircraft. The project is so secret that she has been assigned to develop it in an abandoned base high in the mountains of California. Project resources included are a private super- cluster grid computing network, 100 military personnel (including programmers, operations specialists, and so on), and 50 nonmilitary support staff. Most of the support staff do not have security clearances. The problem is that their skills lie primarily in programming, computer operations, and hard-ware maintenance.
Develop an overall security system that maintains appropriate security regarding outsiders and effectively uses the nonmilitary support staff without violating security.
