Complete the "Self-Assessment Exercise". Summarize the results of your self-assessment. Include as part of your assessment the total scores for each of the four dimensions:
a- pay level,
b- benefits,
c- pay structure and administration, and
d- pay raises.

With consideration of the principles, determine ways your company could improve (or could have improved) your satisfaction on each dimension: pay level, benefits, pay structure and administration, and pay rates.
Usefulness of Satisfaction Survey. Evaluate the potential use of this survey (or one similar) as a tool to for HR assessment of employee satisfaction in your workplace.
