a. Construct a scatterplot that describes the association between number of bedrooms and sales prices.
b. Is the association positive, negative, or neither? What does that mean in this situation?
c. Find the mean sales price for homes that have 2 bed- rooms. Do the same for 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bedrooms.
d. Use your results in part (c) to help you construct a scatterplot that describes the association between the number of bedrooms and the mean sales prices. Compare the scatterplot to the one you constructed in part (a).
