Divide the class into groups of three or four students. Each team must select an organization that will need to change its culture if it is to thrive in the future. Develop a PowerPoint presentation to be delivered to your fellow students outlining the following:
a. A brief assessment of the culture of your selected organization
b. A summary of how that culture needs to change
c. An explanation of why you think this change must occur
d. Clear suggestions as to how that change could be implemented
