I have always enjoyed teaching. I have had several enriching and rewarding teaching and advising experiences during my PhD tenure, and I view teaching as an essential and enjoyable part of being a faculty member. From the beginning of my PhD career, I was a teaching assistant for various courses in the Department of Earth Sciences at IIT-Bombay. I had this opportunity till the final year of my PhD. My work involved helping students with their Geology laboratory courses like Engineering geology lab, Microscopy lab, Crystallography lab etc.
My experience as a Teacher continued till now in the Department of Geology at Rajiv Gandhi University, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh as a Guest Assistant Professor. I have been teaching here since I have submitted my PhD thesis. I have joined this department on 14th September 2018 and working as a temporary faculty. I prepared appropriate material for the discussion session to strengthen the learning from regular class hours.
