This would represent significant time and cost savings to EspressoCoffee since its employees would not use time checking this information for vendors. In order to permit vendors to access EspressoCoffee’s system, the vendor would need to be authenticated by logging on with a specified user ID and password. EspressoCoffee would then verify the vendor and provide the vendor with access to the appropriate areas of EspressoCoffee’s database.
