a. When the observation for D.C. is removed from the data set, ŷ = 0.4 + 0.36x. Does D.C. have much influence on this regression analysis? Explain.
b. If you were to look at a scatterplot, based on the information given, do you think that the poverty value for D.C. would be relatively large, or relatively small? Explain.
