The parts that were used in the photocopiers were not interchangeable with other parts, thus, if you bought a Fujido copier you had to buy its repair service agreement because they did not make their parts available to any other dealers. Sumy was a copier repair shop that could not repair Fujido copiers because Fujido did not sell its supplies outside of its market. Sumy claims this is unlawful tying? What do you think?
