Fujido made photocopiers and sold service agreements as part of its sales for the photocopiers. The parts that were used in the photocopiers were not interchangeable with other parts, thus, if you bought a Fujido copier you had to buy its repair service agreement because they did not make their parts available to any other dealers. Sumy was a copier repair shop that could not repair Fujido copiers because Fujido did not sell its supplies outside of its market. Sumy claims this is unlawful tying? What do you think?
