b. Using Example 23.4 (p. 502) as a guide, compute the test statistic for this situation.
c. If you have done everything correctly, the p-value for the test is about 0.0127. Based on this, make a conclusion for this situation. Write it in both statistical language and in words that someone with no training in statistics would understand.
