In a U.S. AD investigation, the ITA requests information from foreign producers or exporters on the foreign market value of their product in their home market. Respondents are expected to comply in a timely and accurate manner. May the ITA refuse to consider any data that is not deemed "reliable or usable?" What if it is discovered that mid-level managers working for the foreign producer submitted fraudulent home-sales data to the ITA, or that they concealed home-market pricing information? Should the ITA grant the company a chance to correct the information?
