In some cases, individuals engage in cybersquatting in the hope of being able to sell the domain names to companies at a high price; in other cases, companies engage in cybersquatting by registering domain names that are very similar to their competitors’ product names in order to generate traffic from people misspelling Web addresses. Would you differentiate between these practices? Why or why not? If so, where would you draw the boundaries?
