In some ill-constructed LP models, the solution space may be unbounded even though the problem may have a bounded objective value. Such an occurrence can point only to irregularities in the construction of the model. In large problems, it may be difficult to detect unboundedness by inspection. Devise a procedure for determining whether or not a solution space is unbounded.
