Interested in comparing the effectiveness of four different driving strategies, a government agency has equipped a compact car with a fuel- consumption meter that measures every 0.01 gallon of gasoline consumed. Each of five randomly selected drivers applies each strategy in negotiating the same test course. The order in which each driver applies the strategies is randomly determined, and the fuel-consumption data are shown here. Use the 0.05 level in comparing the driving strategies.
