SolutionInn is an emerging player in the Ed-Tech industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for students. As we continue to expand our horizons, we are on the lookout for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The position requires working in the domain of latest marketing trends of Ed-Tech, Marketing Campaigns, Company Branding and on-boarding Campus Ambassadors across multiple universities in Orlando.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify latest market trends and insights in Ed-tech industry, and optimize campaign speed and performance based on the insights.
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and collaborate with marketing manager for marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals by using marketing funnels.
• Increase mid-to-lower funnel conversions to SolutionInn Study Memberships
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for campus ambassadors.
• Take charge of our Campus Ambassador program, forging strong partnerships with universities in Orlando and other states of the United States. Align, onboard, and empower Campus Ambassadors to spread the word about SolutionInn across campuses.
• Develop connections with career services in educational institutions, providing support to our members and leading collaborations where appropriate.
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
• Be required to attend relevant events and/or represent the organization in networking events.
• Creating an inclusive culture that encourages and supports diversity of thought.

Skills Required

• Excellent in communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist
• Strong social networking skills (preferred).
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field (preferred Marketing).

Job Experience

• At least 1 year of Marketing experience is required.
