SolutionInn is a highly adaptive and rapidly growing name in Ed-tech Industry around the globe. We are looking to hire competitive and enthusiastic resource at the position of Product Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback and business priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Work closely with software development teams, providing clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of product releases.
• Possess strong technical knowledge, specifically in PHP and Python, to effectively communicate with development teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze customer needs and feedback to enhance existing products and identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure alignment in product messaging, positioning and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact and customer value.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in PHP and Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or related).

Job Experience

• 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software.
