But knowing and doing are not the same things. People in the health professions should be even more aware of the need for exercise. The data below are from a study surveying cardiovascular technicians (individuals who perform various cardiovascular diagnostic procedures) as to their own physical exercise per week, measured in minutes.
a. Determine whether an assumption of normality is reasonable. Explain.
b. Estimate the mean amount of weekly exercise time for all cardiovascular technicians using a point estimate and a 95% confidence interval.
