deferred action process

Project Description:

hello , i need a research on the deferred action process.. the question will be --- should president obama’s new directive regarding the “deferred action process” for certain young illegal immigrants be implemented?

i would like to make this research against the deferred action process because approved or not, it just worth for two years. also the law change and this action is not approved at all.

i need : "introduction"- briefly set the stage for the purpose and scope of your research, introducing your selected topic area. kindle the interest for the reader, but save the specific details for later. be sure to introduce the "complete" paper--each of the argument sections of the should be highlighted. (appx. 1/2 page) • "arguments opposed to your position"- whether this side is the yes or no position in response to the public policy question, take a persuasive, definitive stand in support of this position. do not go "back and forth" or "pro/con" in this section. essentially, you should be arguing as if you really support this side. this section should only include the strongest arguments opposed to your final position on this policy question and should be limited to two or three distinct arguments. your analysis here should focus upon defending and documenting this position on the policy question in terms of factors such as feasibility, effectiveness, justice, and/or cost-benefit analysis towards alleviating critical public problems. once you have met your minimum page length, you may include public opinion poll information to reinforce this position. (minimum 2.5 to 3 pgs) • "arguments in favor of your position"- whether this side is the yes or no position in response to the public policy question, take a persuasive, definitive stand in support of this position. do not go "back and forth" or "pro/con" in this section. essentially, this section argues in defense of your position, the position on the public policy question that you actually support the most. this section should only include the strongest arguments in favor of your final position on this policy question and should be limited to two or three distinct arguments. your analysis here should focus upon defending and documenting this position on the policy question in terms of factors such as feasibility, effectiveness, justice, and/or cost-benefit analysis towards alleviating critical public problems. finally, this section should attempt to neutralize or erode away at the opposition's arguments. once you have met your minimum page length, you may include public opinion poll information to reinforce this position. (minimum 3.5 to 4 pgs)
