this course an introduction to theory and practice of negotiation and resolution of conflict. an emphasis is placed on theories of and preparation, motivation, processes and outcomes of negotiation. students build competencies in negotiating through experiential learning focused on realistic business situations such as salary negotiations, performance iationa, and appraisals,contract negotiations, and business proposals.
