(b) if the above gamma ray is absorbed by a second free nucleus of the same mass m, to what energy can it excite the second nucleus?
(c0 a 57fe nucleus emits 14.4 kev gamma ray photon and subsequently get absorbed by another 57fe nucleus. apply your result to calculate the difference in excitation energy between the emitting and absorbing 57fe nucleus.
