Refer to the pulse rates in Data Set 8 from Appendix B. First identify and delete the two outliers that .are unrealistic pulse rates for living and reasonably healthy statistics students.
a. Use a 0.05 level of significance and the traditional method of testing hypotheses to test the claim that male and female statistics students have the same mean pulse rate.
b. Use the P-value method to test the claim given in part (a).
c. Construct a 95% confidence interval for the difference μ1 - μ2, where μ1, and μ2 are the mean pulse rates for male and female statistics students, respectively.
d. Compare the results from parts (a), (b), and (c).
