Refer to the sentence in warning 7 on p. 528 that states: “If all of the null hypotheses tested are true, then over the long run about 1 in 20 tests should achieve statistical significance just by chance.” Is that statement the same thing as saying that the null hypothesis is likely to be true in about 1 out of 20 tests that have achieved statistical significance? Explain.
