Security Services-R-Us was hired by the Ferry Corporation to provide security for its premises. Mr. Brown, the security guard sent to the site, fell asleep during his watch. A break-in occurred and valuable computer equipment owned by Ferry Corporation was stolen. Later that same night, Brown intentionally destroyed an out-building by pouring an accelerant around the periphery of the building and igniting it.
