Set up a diversion at Junction 2 of the existing condition basin so that Reach 1 and Sub-basin 3 flow into it. Use the inflow-diversion relationship from Table 5-16, and compare the peak outflows at Junction 3 of the new basin model for the 10-yr and 100-yr storm events.
