a. Select a simple random sample of size 100 from the given frame.

b. Compute the mean and standard deviation of the weekly number of hours worked by all employees in the frame. Also, compute the mean and standard deviation of the weekly number of hours worked by employees in the simple random sample. How do these two sets of descriptive measures compare?
