Form a group of three to four classmates. Read one another’s résumés, spending three to five minutes per résumé. As you read, focus on how well the person communicates key abilities and attributes.

Debrief by explaining the following:

A. Key abilities and attributes communicated by the résumé.

B. Two or three areas in which the résumé could be improved.

C. Any areas in the résumé that seem less substantiated than others.

Individually, write two to three paragraphs about the comments and advice you received from the other members in your group.
