In this case study, the focus is on three minoritized populations (i.e., racially minoritized athletes, LGBTQ+ athletes, and athletes with disabilities). How might other marginalized or minoritized populations be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g., women, international athletes)? How may the pandemic further marginalize them and hinder their development of a sense of belonging in athletics?
