Make a content inventory for an organizational website with which you are familiar. List the content types present on the site and, as best you can, who in the organization (by role, if not by name) is responsible for creating, editing, and approving them. For each type, note how frequently it is produced by the organization. For frequently produced content types, how consistent is the overall structure from one instance of the type to another?
