I have about 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience. I have taught a range of subjects that I have an academic background in or even languages that I speak. One of the best ways to gain teaching experience is to teach someone for free or in exchange for them teaching you.
If you are interested in learning a new language, you can teach someone your mother tongue and learn theirs. Or perhaps you can teach something you know in return for learning a subject you are interested in. That will give you experience then you can charge for your services later.
