All humans have what is known as a blind spot, where the optic nerve exits the eye and no light-sensitive cells exist. To locate your blind spot, look at the figure of the cross. Close your left eye and place your index finger on the cross. Slowly move your finger to the left while following it wi th your right eye. At a certain point the cross will disappear. Is your right eye's blind spot on the right or left! side of your retina? Explain.
