Working in a small team, select three publicly traded companies. Visit each firm’s website. Find the part of the website that includes information for investors. Review each firm’s dividend policy. Does the company pay dividends? If so, when did it begin paying dividends? Have dividends increased each year, or have they had ups and downs from year to year? Is the company currently repurchasing shares? Has it done repurchased shares in the past? Prepare a report to summarize your findings.
