Try to determine whether the Court has agreed to hear new cases in these areas and, if so, what issues these cases present.
Find the Web site for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the circuit in which your state is located. Search the recent decisions of that court in an effort to locate a recent decision on arrest or interrogation. Is this case likely to be reviewed by the U.S.
Supreme Court?
