Are there limits to the right to cure? Does a breaching party have the right to cure the breach, or can the nonbreaching party proceed directly to a damage claim? See Dunleavy v. Paris Ceramics, 47 Conn. Supp. 565 (2002) for an interesting discussion of the right to cure.
