Study each of the following case carefully. Briefly state the principle of law and your decision.
Dahl, the owner of a machine shop, agreed to manufacture 22 valves for $460 each for Capobianco. When six valves were finished and shipped, Capobianco advised Dahl of his intention to cancel the contract. Dahl went on to build the remaining valves according to the contract. Will Dahl be successful in his suit for the entire amount?
