After the contract had been in operation for some time, Amoco refused to supply any more gas. Laclede was unable to find another supplier willing to enter into a long-term contract such as Laclede had with Amoco. Management of Laclede felt that money damages would not provide a reasonable settlement. What would be a reasonable resolution of Laclede’s problem?
