Several multilateral or regional development banks have been created since World War II. The last born is the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) created effectively in January 2016. It counts 50 members, mostly all the Asian countries plus some western and emerging economies. Apart from the political reasons which have been prevailing in the creation of this bank, do you think that its creation is a sign of a wrong functioning of the international financing market?
