Consider the many discussion boards that are available. Search the internet for "music discussion forum" or "movie discussion forum" to locate some examples. Work in a small group with classmates to consider the use of discussion forums and how they may be used effectively by businesses, nonprofits, and governments. Discuss different ways in which discussion forums may be used internally and externally. Does your university use online discussion forums? If so, how are they used?
