a. In your state, is there a Married Women’s Property Act or an equivalent statute? If so, what is the citation?

b. Is the consent of the husband required when his wife wishes to convey her separately owned property to a third person?

c. What restrictions, if any, exist in your state on the capacity of one spouse to enter into a contract with the other?

d. Suppose that a wife worked for her husband in the latter’s business in your state. Does the husband have to pay her, or would such work be considered part of the “services” that she owes him?
