How many years will employees who quit the employer be restricted from using their job knowledge at another company? How large a geographic area will the noncompete agreement encompass? What industries will the employees be restricted from working in under the noncompete agreement? Be prepared to share your team’s results with other members of the class when called upon by the instructor.
