Estimate the mass \(M_{T}\) of the Earth using the density function given in Fig. 7.1. Assume constant density values in the regions of inner core, outer core, mantle, crust. Compare with the tabulated value \(M_{T}=5.97210^{24} \mathrm{~kg}\). Discuss the origin of the possible discrepancy (you should have found a slightly higher value, I guess).
