Take a look at your institute’s mission statement and objectives. You can go to its Website and download  latest strategic plan document. Alternatively, stop by your institute’s office for planning and budgeting and get a copy of the latest strategic planning document. After all these years, do you think the institute has accomplished all its goals? What strategy type they did use to accomplish their objectives?
