FEMA is investigating where to locate a warehouse for emergency supplies along the Gulf Coast to serve New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana, Gulfport and Biloxi Mississippi, Mobile Alabama, and Pensacola Florida in the event of a catastrophic hurricane. The coordinates of these communities are given below along with the anticipated volume of goods in truckloads should a category 5 hurricane make landfall along this stretch of the coast. Note that latitude is the y-coordinate and longitude is the x-coordinate.
