\((b)\) if the pulse has been sent out and all clocks are running?

(c) Suppose the pulse has been sent and all clocks are running. If you stand at the reference clock and use a telescope to read the time on distant clocks, do you read a time earlier, later, or the same as the time on the reference clock?
