Beth Jones & Co. has grown from a small firm that originally included only Ms. Jones and one junior accountant to a regional firm with 7 partners and 21 professional staff members occupying four offices in two states. At a recent meeting all partners were in agreement that the growth of the firm has presented some problems, but that the financial and professional rewards far outweigh those problems. The partners are unanimous in their desire to see their firm grow to the size of one of the Big Eight.
