Pick a publically traded company from the SEC website www.sec.gov, search for the 10K, review risk factors, controls and procedures, changes in and disagreements with accountants on accounting and financial disclosure, management’s discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, the financial statements, auditor fees and disclosure notes. Imagine that you are the auditor for the most recent 10-K. Write up a long form audit report for that publically traded company.
