3. Each group decides on what must change in the MBA program in order to achieve strategic goals developed in the first exercise.

4. Each group arrives at barriers to change they anticipate.

5. Each group develops recommendations for a change strategy the dean should employ.

6. Group reports: what are the barriers to change and their implications for leading change in the MBA program?

7. Instructor leads a discussion of reports.
