Data were collected on the area and population of different states in India. The file IndiaStates contains the vehicle code, zone, area, and population for all 29 states of India.

b. For each variable, compute the range, variance, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation.

c. For each variable, construct a boxplot. Are the data skewed? If so, how?

d. Compute the coefficient of correlation between area and population.

e. What conclusions can you reach concerning area and population?
